It looks likely that the Anakin Skywalker (Hayden Christensen) will make his comeback in Star Wars: Episode 8 – The Last Jedi.
Reports have suggested that Christensen will appear as a Force ghost of Anakin. There is more evidence that has emerged and is pointing to the character to be featured in the film.
The Star Wars watcher and YouTuber, Mike Zeroh stumbled upon a listing that featured a kid costume inspired from Anakin Skywalker in Star Wars: The Last Jedi. The product listing had the title of the movie.
Zeroh believes that the mention of Anakin in the listing hints that the character will be a part of Star Wars: Episode 8. The costume he will wear will be similar to the one on the leak.
The listing was taken down which convinced Zeroh that it revealed a spoiler to The Last Jedi with regards to Anakin Skywalker’s return.
Zeroh also said that Anakin and his turn as Darth Vader would be an important element to the Star Wars sequel. While Luke’s father is no more, the films still hark to the character.
Star Wars: Episode 7 – The Force Awakens showed the dismantled helmet as KyloRen had vowed to finish what he started. The next film will take things as further as Anakin references go.
Rumors say that Anakin will be in Star Wars: Episode 8 with Yoda, whose reappearance is also possible.
Many believe that Christensen in the 2017 Star Wars Celebration is his way to ease back into the galaxy.
