3. Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers

When it initially aired in the early 1990s, the original Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers became a popular cultural phenomenon. This led to spawning of a large number of sequels and spin-off series that are running till date.
In 2014, an announcement was made that Power Rangers is set for the “dark, gritty, reboot” treatment with a new movie grounded around the characters and the story of the original Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers series. Soon after, news spread about Bryan Cranston being cast as the Ranger’s mentor, Zordon and Elizabeth as the villain Rita Repulsa. A group of relative newcomers were cast in the role of the Power Rangers.
Even though fans are excited about the reboot many remain skeptical. The fresh designs of the Ranger’s suits has received a lukewarm reception, but some fans remain concerned that the “dark and gritty” depection isn’t really the way to take for Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers.


4. Rocko’s Modern Life

Rocko’s Modern Life, introduced into the Nickelodeon cartoons lineup in 1993, swiftly became a cult classic. It found an audience far beyond demographic usually targeted by a children’s network. This show was responsible for launching the voice acting careers of Carlos Alazraquiand Tom Kenny, best known for the voice of Spongebob Squarepants.
Rumors of a reboot stared surfacing notice from Nickelodeon leaked revealing that the network was looking for animators for Rocko. There rumors were confirmed in August of 2016, when creator Joe Murray made an announced that he was working on a 90-minute Rocko’s Modern Life special. This special will emphasize on Rocko’s reaction to things like smartphone and social media, after he makes his return from a trip into space.
This spin-off will probably be a one-off because Murray is not interested in developing a revival of the full series.
